Were looking for a Sales Director whos not just a leader, but also a doer, someone excited to build our sales function from the ground up while personally driving key deals in the early stages. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in startup environments, loves rolling up their sleeves, and is eager to shape the future of our gotomarket strategy.
What Youll Do
Own the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals.
Build and execute the companys gotomarket and sales strategy for enterprise and midmarket customers.
Personally lead earlystage sales efforts while gradually building, hiring, and mentoring a worldclass sales team.
Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics for future growth.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers (CISOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, etc.).
Bring customer and market insights to help refine product strategy and competitive positioning.
Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements.
What You Bring
~7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or DevSecOps domains.
~ A strong track record of closing enterprise deals and consistently exceeding targets.
~ Proven experience in building and scaling a sales organization from 0 to 1 (and beyond).
~ Handson, rollupyoursleeves approachyou love to sell, not just manage.
~ Deep understanding of the security and application security landscape (ASPM experience is a strong plus).
~ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
~ Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in fastchanging environments.
