Are you a master of organization who thrives in high-energy environments? We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone for our executive leadership team. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer. Proactively manage complex, fluid calendars, domestic travel itineraries, and meeting logistics for the CEO and CFO. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and reports. Coordinate all aspects of Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, travel arrangements, meals, and meeting logistics. Manage executive-led company events, leadership offsites, and special strategic projects from inception to completion. Be available to support other Vice Presidents with administrative needs on an as-needed basis (travel, scheduling, expense reports), prioritizing CEO support. manage logistics and scheduling for quarterly earnings calls in partnership with Chorus; High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. ~Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google (Sheets, Slides). ~ Strong written and verbal communication, excellent time management, and high emotional intelligence. ~ Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. ~ Building Organizational Relationships Physical Environment & Travel Expectations: Travel is required for less than 10% of company-related meetings, programs, and/or events. Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (ie: typing) Noise level no greater than casual conversation. Ability to perform work in cubicle workstations or an office setting.
