We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative to provide exceptional patient support in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Pay Rate: $21/hr-$22/hr Shift: M-F - 8AM-5PM Location: Culver City, CA Responsibilities: Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy Accurately schedule appointments and enter patient information into the EHR system Verify insurance coverage before scheduling appointments Update and maintain patient demographic records Take and route messages to appropriate department personnel Medical Call Center Representative Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a high-call-volume medical call center Bilingual English and Spanish are required Medical Assistant or Front Office certification (preferred) Referral Bonus: Referrals really pay off Do you know of someone in healthcare looking for work?
