We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative to provide exceptional patient support in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Shift: M-F - 8AM-5PM
Accurately schedule appointments and enter patient information into the EHR system
Medical Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a high-call-volume medical call center
Bilingual English and Spanish are required
Medical Assistant or Front Office certification (preferred)
