We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative to provide exceptional patient support in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Pay Rate: $21/hr-$22/hr
Shift: M-F - 8AM-5PM
Location: Culver City, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately schedule appointments and enter patient information into the EHR system
  • Verify insurance coverage before scheduling appointments
  • Update and maintain patient demographic records
  • Take and route messages to appropriate department personnel
Medical Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high-call-volume medical call center
  • Bilingual English and Spanish are required
  • Medical Assistant or Front Office certification (preferred)
