Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Advanced certifications a plus (e.g., LEED, CEM, PMP).
  • 12+ years of experience managing MEP projects in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial or institutional buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MEP design software and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple complex projects.
