We are seeking a Discovery/SACM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) to assist in solution design and provide technical recommendations for business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of cloud discovery , CSDM/CDMB , and cloud infrastructure concepts to ensure accurate and scalable configuration management across the enterprise.


Lead the design and implementation of solutions in the SACM/Discovery space using ServiceNow.
Provide technical recommendations to align business needs with best practices in Discovery and Configuration Management.
Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, with a strong focus on cloud discovery across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Ensure adherence to CSDM/CDMB frameworks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
Troubleshoot discovery issues and recommend enhancements for improved performance and accuracy.

Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery (on-prem and cloud).
Extensive experience in cloud concepts, including infrastructure, hardware, and software discovery.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (servers, networks, databases, applications).
Banking/ Financial Domain.
