HR Technology Consultant

Our client, a telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an HR Technology Consultant for a full‑time position. The role operates in a hybrid model, requiring four days a week onsite. The consultant will support the development and maintenance of the client’s HR technology applications, gather business requirements, deliver analytical insights and recommendations, and build data pipelines to satisfy evolving business needs. Focus will be on Oracle Fusion Data Integration (FDI) and API‑based integrations to support enterprise‑wide HR technology projects. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in an HR technology or similar analytical role Data‑warehouse analytics experience Extensive Oracle Fusion development experience Experience pulling data from Oracle HCM to Oracle FDI Strong SQL skills Oracle data security experience (major plus) Knowledge of iCIMS data tables and Python‑based automation solutions (highly preferred) Experience working at a Fortune 500 company (major plus) ClearBridge Technology Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000 per year. The posted range is an estimate; the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
