The Global Account Director is responsible for account development and contract delivery globally across four regions for a new major client. You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders, deliver strategic transformation and develop innovative solutions to drive ROI. You will take full accountability for the strategic, contractual and operational management of the account, supported by Regional Account Directors.
HH Global has a unique opportunity for an experienced client-centric Global Account Director to join our team to drive change and pursue new opportunities in a fast-paced industry.
Creation and delivery of HH Globals global account strategy for our client, and ensuring that the regional account teams are following global objectives.
Ensure that the contract is managed in line with our contractual responsibilities.
Manage overall financial performance of the account, risk analysis and remedy.
Identification of new business opportunities to leverage the partnership and strategic benefits.
Ensure that activities comply with the Companys policies and procedures.
Identify risks to the account and put in place strategies to manage them.
Responsible for budgeting and financial reconciliation, variance reporting and P&L activities.
Manage a global account team against target and assume responsibility for your team.
Proven track record and experience in a strategic, senior global account management role, within the Retail industry.
Experience and the ability to develop a global strategy and execute with support of the local teams.
Previous experience managing complex strategic clients through change.
Strong knowledge of the Retail/Lifestyle industry is required along with the financial and operational complexity of sourcing and distributing globally.
Very strong operational background and understanding of bottom-line management.
Demonstrable track record of successful client and contract management.
Can anticipate internal and/or external issues which will impact own business units and teams and able to develop contingency plans to manage such issues.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
