This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with tenant relations, accounts payable, receivables and budgeting responsibilities. If you have experience as a bookkeeper and thrive in serving external clients and want to grow your career in real estate operations, we want to hear from you What we are seeking as a Bookkeeper Education: Bachelor's degree (any field) Desired Experience: 2+ years with accounts payables / receivables Experience with customer service and/or maintaining external customer relationships. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Yardi experience preferred (not required) Excellent organizational and communication skills What you will be doing as a Bookkeeper: Construction Management Administration Manage ongoing construction projects for your client's locations Process invoices, track costs, and prepare documents for signature Tenant Relations Responding to tenant inquiries and resolve issues Handle tenant reconciliations (CAM recs, credits/bills) Budgeting Prepare weekly budgets xrczosw during budget season (June-December) Build full budgets including income, expenses, and capital work Utilize existing templates and prior-year budgets Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance for a portfolio of 70 commercial locations/clients Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of tasks Salary will be $60,000 to $68,500 per year plus yearly bonus This position will be on site 5 days a week #INDEC2025#LI-DF1
