Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper | Schaumburg, IL | OnsiteSalary: $60K-$70K + bonusExperience: 2+ years (Assistant Property Manager experience preferred)Education: Bachelor's degree (any field) About the Role:A leading real estate company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, tenant relations, and financial management across multiple properties. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with construction projects, budgets, and reporting while ensuring excellent service for tenants. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant construction projects ($100K-$2M), process invoices, and track costs as the Assistant Property Manager. Handle tenant inquiries, CAM reconciliations, and billing issues. Assist with budgets, monthly financial reports, and general accounting tasks. Support daily operations across a portfolio of 70 warehouses, including purchase orders and administrative duties. Qualifications: 2+ years post-college experience; prior Assistant Property Manager experience preferred. Bachelor's degree (any field). Strong Excel and Word skills; experience with Yardi a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
