We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor with experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing a small AP team and managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor reconciliations. Supervise and mentor a team of two Accounts Payable staff
2-3 way matching, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Provide guidance and training to AP staff as needed
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
~ Strong Excel skills - Vlookup and pivot tables
