Pay:  $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced  Accounts Payable Supervisor with experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing a small AP team and managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor reconciliations. Hands on role and will be involved in the daily AP process from beginning to end.
 
Key Responsibilities for the AP Supervisor:
Supervise and mentor a team of two Accounts Payable staff
Oversee full-cycle AP functions: 2-3 way matching, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Process up to 100 invoices per day
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate payments, working closely with other departments
Review and approve AP reports and manage payment runs
Responsible for the check runs, ACH and wire payments
Provide guidance and training to AP staff as needed
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
 
Requirements for the AP Supervisor:
~3+ years of  supervisory experience  in AP
~ High-volume AP experience, including purchase orders and 2-3 way matching
~ Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
~ Strong Excel skills - Vlookup and pivot tables
~ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
~ Experience in the construction industry
