Principal Legal Counsel
Counsel the Amazon devices business on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters, as well as on structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions. Provide daytoday input on business, strategy, and technology development, advise on the launch of new products and features, resolve issues that arise in commercial relationships, and handle prelitigation legal disputes and inquiries. Develop strategies for handling legal issues. Build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. Provide ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, technology development, and structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex technology development, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, signon payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
