Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a friendly and polite call center/customer care representative that enjoys handling a high volume of calls and helping customer by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our client's products and services.

This is a full time temp to hire position.

Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate:

$17/ hr. Location:

Fort Myers, FL Experience: 6+ months

Call Center Experience

Job Requirements: Must have the ability to provide excellent Customer Service

Must be a highly motivated professional, good at multitasking, detail oriented, polite, reliable, knowledgeable, empathetic and adaptable

Possess strong follow up skills

Experience answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with products and services

Ability to work in team environment

Experience handling a high volume of inbound and /or outbound calls in a call center environment

Seek to create a positive experience for each caller

Effective listening skills to understand the reason for the call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response Benefits:
