Our client, a global AMLAW firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support key industry teams by driving strategic business development initiatives and partner engagement. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development plans with measurable outcomes. Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of targets by stage, geography, and legal need. Coordinate outreach efforts, including lists, emails, call sheets, and meeting preparation. Manage pursuits from qualification to close, including credentials, pricing inputs, and debriefs. Lead industry-focused content initiatives such as alerts, webinars, and conference strategies. Create partner-ready materials including one-pagers, matter lists, and case studies. Track and report key metrics in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Qualifications 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or pursuit management (law firm REQUIRED). Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholders. Proven relationship-building and persuasive skills across organizational levels. Experience working within industry (tech, life sciences, ECVC) – but blockchain, gaming, space/defense is ideal Understanding of technology industries and start-up ecosystems. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred. Comp: Up to $205K
