Senior Business Analyst (Finance, IT) Location: This is a fulltime role. 3rd Party contractors/subcontractors will not be entertained.

The company provides essential services across multiple states and is currently investing in modernizing its Finance and IT ecosystems to support enterprise-wide transformation and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in corporate Finance systems (ERP, Financial Planning, Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash) and a proven ability to turn complex business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field required.
~3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance or Accounting systems in an enterprise environment.
~ Strong understanding of core Finance processes such as Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
~ Hands-on experience with ERP or Financial Systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite, etc.) Demonstrated success in implementing and executing Business Analysis practices—process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, requirements management, and testing coordination.
~ Strong organizational and project delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
~ Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are preferred.
~ Experience working in or with a PMO or enterprise transformation program is a plus.
