The company provides essential services across multiple states and is currently investing in modernizing its Finance and IT ecosystems to support enterprise-wide transformation and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in corporate Finance systems (ERP, Financial Planning, Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash) and a proven ability to turn complex business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field required. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance or Accounting systems in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of core Finance processes such as Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Hands-on experience with ERP or Financial Systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite, etc.) and their integration across corporate functions. Demonstrated success in implementing and executing Business Analysis practicesprocess mapping, stakeholder facilitation, requirements management, and testing coordination. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex issues into actionable plans. Strong organizational and project delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are preferred. Experience working in or with a PMO or enterprise transformation program is a plus. At this time, we are considering applications from U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
