From tax strategy and full-scope fractional CFO services to turnarounds, process optimization, and M&A consulting, we help clients build stronger, smarter, and more scalable organizations.
We are in growth mode and expanding across all service lines. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to turn messy, inefficient operations into clean, scalable processes and measurable results. Conduct rapid org and process assessments across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Inventory, Job Costing , and related workflows.
Design and implement SOPs, RACI frameworks, KPI trees, internal controls , and governance cadence.
Lead internal and client-facing turnarounds, efficiency initiatives, transformations, and system deployments .
Run the PMO , manage timelines, risks, and deliverables, and prepare executive updates.
Partner with CFO and M&A teams on integration, synergy capture, and operational redesign.
3–5+ years in operations, business process consulting, PMO, or transformation.
~ PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) strongly preferred.
~ Experience with SQL/BI tools is a plus.
