Staff Director Securities/Corporate Law

Implements the highest corporate governance standards and structure. Provides leadership on corporate compliance initiatives.
Implements the highest corporate governance standards and structure.
Provides legal support for all SEC filings and reporting activities
Provides legal support for finance/treasury initiatives, including capital markets transactions
Supports the Board of Directors and Board Committees, including meeting prep and support t and annual stockholder meeting
Provides legal support for IR, including investor outreach
Provides legal support and special advice to key clients in Treasury, HR, Executive Compensation, and Finance
Provides legal support on corporate sustainability matters, including reporting
Writes, reviews, and advises on legal contracts and agreements
Significant related experience as an attorney with substantial experience in general corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, executive and employee benefits.
Demonstrably successful management experience. Strong management, negotiation and communications skills.
Broad range of relevant legal knowledge
Proven ability to apply sound legal and business judgment to establish and accomplish goals
Strong project management skills
Effective organizational, time-management, self-directing and multi-tasking skills, and ability to successfully work with others in a fast-paced environment.
Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
