We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-construction efforts across a range of commercial and design-build projects. This mid-senior level role is ideal for candidates with extensive D&B experience who are ready to take ownership of estimating, budgeting, and planning processes to ensure successful project delivery from concept through handover.
Lead pre-construction planning for commercial and design-build projects, including cost estimating, budgeting, and constructability reviews.
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and procurement strategies.
Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate potential challenges before construction begins.
Drive value engineering efforts, design reviews, and material selection processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members in pre-construction and D&B best practices.
Ensure pre-construction activities align with company standards, budgets, and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
~5–10 years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial and design-build construction.
~ Strong knowledge of construction methods, D&B delivery models, and scheduling.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
~ Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
