Join Our Team: Experienced Concrete Tradesman Wanted
Are you a skilled Concrete Tradesman with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic construction team and contribute to the success of exciting projects in the heart of our community.
This position is experienced level, performing a variety of tasks involving physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions at construction projects and requires performing manual work in preparing surfaces for concrete work. This position serves as a lead worker and is skilled in commercial construction and renovation of buildings and other structures. The position will direct skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers on a variety of projects and run jobsites in the foreman's absence. This position may assist other craft workers at times, depending on the job.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete trades. In addition, an in-depth understanding of mathematics, blueprint readings, and other vocational subjects
would be helpful for this position. - Must possess a valid chauffer's driver's license.
- Must be OSHA 10- hour construction certified.
- Must currently be CPR certified.
- Proficient in all aspects of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
