The Opportunity DIVER5IFY is expanding aggressively in the US market , with an established presence across the USA and Europe . We’re hiring a Senior 360 Recruiter in Austin, Texas to build and own a high-billing desk across Technology, Data, or Finance . This is a true 360 role with heavy emphasis on outbound business development . You’ll win new clients, control searches end-to-end, and operate as a commercial partner to scaling US businesses — not an order taker. What You’ll Be Doing Drive outbound business development across the US Cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and strategic follow-ups Target Austin-based and national VC-backed, PE-backed, and high-growth companies Build new client relationships from zero Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle Client acquisition → role scoping → candidate delivery → offer close Run high-touch, consultative recruitment processes Manage multiple retained and contingent searches simultaneously Specialise in Technology, Data, or Finance Become a trusted market advisor Build deep candidate networks across Austin and the wider US market Close revenue Negotiate fees, offers, counteroffers, and start dates Maintain full process control to maximise placement success What We’re Looking For 5+ years agency-side experience as a 360 recruiter (non-negotiable) Proven track record in outbound business development Experience billing US clients (Austin / Texas experience a major plus) Background recruiting in Tech, Data, or Finance Commercial, metrics-driven mindset Confident dealing with founders, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders Self-sufficient, competitive, and motivated by earnings xrczosw Why DIVER5IFY Established recruitment firm operating across USA, Ireland, UK & Europe Austin-based growth focus with access to national US clients High-value roles, strong fee percentages, and uncapped commission Lean, high-performance environment — no bureaucracy Clear progression to Principal, Practice Lead, or Desk Ownership Who This Role Is For Senior recruiters who want to build something meaningful in Austin High billers tired of capped commission or low-fee work Recruiters who enjoy winning new business as much as closing candidates Someone who wants to earn 50% of everything they bill.
