We’re hiring a Senior 360 Recruiter in Austin, Texas to build and own a high-billing desk across Technology, Data, or Finance.This is a true 360 role with heavy emphasis on outbound business development. You’ll win new clients, control searches end-to-end, and operate as a commercial partner to scaling US businesses — not an order taker.If you want autonomy, high fees, and real upside in one of the strongest hiring markets in the US, this role is built for you.What You’ll Be DoingDrive outbound business development across the USCold calling, LinkedIn, email, and strategic follow-upsTarget Austin-based and national VC-backed, PE-backed, and high-growth companiesBuild new client relationships from zeroOwn the full 360 recruitment lifecycleClient acquisition → role scoping → candidate delivery → offer closeRun high-touch, consultative recruitment processesManage multiple retained and contingent searches simultaneouslySpecialise in Technology, Data, or FinanceBecome a trusted market advisorBuild deep candidate networks across Austin and the wider US marketClose revenueNegotiate fees, offers, counteroffers, and start datesMaintain full process control to maximise placement successWhat We’re Looking For5+ years agency-side experience as a 360 recruiter (non-negotiable)Proven track record in outbound business developmentExperience billing US clients (Austin / Texas experience a major plus)Background recruiting in Tech, Data, or FinanceCommercial, metrics-driven mindsetConfident dealing with founders, VPs, and C-suite stakeholdersSelf-sufficient, competitive, and motivated by earningsWhy DIVER5IFYEstablished recruitment firm operating across USA, Ireland, UK & EuropeAustin-based growth focus with access to national US clientsHigh-value roles, strong fee percentages, and uncapped commissionLean, high-performance environment — no bureaucracyClear progression to Principal, Practice Lead, or Desk OwnershipWho This Role Is ForSenior recruiters who want to build something meaningful in AustinHigh billers tired of capped commission or low-fee workRecruiters who enjoy winning new business as much as closing candidatesSomeone who wants to earn 50% of everything they bill.
