Company Profile: A food manufacturing company is looking to hire an SVP, Supply Chain for their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the end-to-end operations, including developing and executing a world-class strategy to support business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. The SVP Supply Chain will Be Responsible For the Following: Developing and implementing a long-term supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution Manage all functions including procurement and sourcing, manufacturing and operations, logistics and distribution, and inventory management Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data analytics and technology to identify and implement process efficiencies Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Work cross functionally to ensure supply chain strategies support overall business goals The SVP Supply Chain Have the Following Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, with at least 5-7 in a senior leadership role Experience within the food/CPG space Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility Ability to travel as needed
