We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to shape the future of our global sourcing and supplier management operations in our Consumables Supply Chain. In this pivotal role, you will set and execute strategies that drive cost leadership, supplier excellence, and supply chain resilience. Reporting to the SVP, Service Supply Chain, you will lead high-performing teams, build strong supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable results that support our long-term business growth. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise procurement strategy and business objectives.
  • Design and implement category strategies, cost models, and supplier market assessments to drive competitiveness.
  • Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and governance to maximise value and mitigate risk.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving performance improvement, cost optimisation, and innovation.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, SLAs, and quality performance standards.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years' progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, ideally in a global context.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to influence at executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
  • Expertise in supplier analytics, ERP systems, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach in complex and fast-changing environments.
  • Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.
