SVP of Supply Chain

DSJ Global are partnering with a food manufacturing company who are looking to hire an SVP of Supply Chain for their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the end-to-end operations, including developing and executing a world-class strategy to support business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
The SVP Supply Chain will Be Responsible For the Following:
- Developing and implementing a long-term supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
- Manage all functions including procurement and sourcing, manufacturing and operations, logistics and distribution, and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data analytics and technology to identify and implement process efficiencies
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Work cross functionally to ensure supply chain strategies support overall business goals
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, with at least 5-7 in a senior leadership role
- Experience within the food/CPG space
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility
- Ability to travel as needed
Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, Dallas, TX area, or Luzerne County, PA
