Competitive Base Salary Up to $180K (DOE) + Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Hybrid-Remote Flexibility Job Details Our commercial litigation practice handles sophisticated business disputes that often involve multiple parties, jurisdictions, and complex financial or legal issues. Practice Areas Include: Breach of contract and general business disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Tortious interference and other business torts Directors' and officers' liability (D&O) Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation Franchise and dealership disputes Construction litigation and lien enforcement Insurance coverage disputes involving commercial policies Fraud, misrepresentation, and NJ Consumer Fraud Act claims Injunctive and equitable relief (TROs, preliminary and permanent injunctions) Looking For: J.D. and active license in New Jersey Minimum 2+ years of commercial or complex business litigation experience Experience in one or more of the above practice areas preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
