Job Details Job Duties & Responsibilities: Draft, review, and argue motions while developing effective case strategies in complex business disputes. Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and alignment with case objectives. Represent clients in depositions of witnesses, parties, and experts, with the ability to both defend and take testimony. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, updates, and collaboration throughout the litigation process. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school. Active license to practice in New Jersey. Minimum 4+ years of experience handling commercial or business-related litigation matters. Demonstrated strength in legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy.
