Paralegal – Commercial Lending – Onsite/Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN
Are you an experienced Paralegal with a background in commercial lending or real estate transactions?

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a highly regarded Minneapolis-based law firm. This individual will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial lending transactions, from drafting documents to coordinating closings. Review and analyze title commitments and surveys.
Draft initial versions of loan documents, amendments, and closing instruction letters.
Conduct due diligence review, including UCC searches, organizational documents, and insurance certificates.
monitor due diligence sites for completion.
Communicate directly with clients and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of documents and information.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of closing materials and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
Minimum of 3 years of real estate or lending experience, preferably within a law firm or financial institution.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems (iManage, InTapp) is a plus.
Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail in all written communications.
Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Full-time, onsite position with limited hybrid flexibility available after training in downtown Minneapolis.
Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
