We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to assist with our growing office needs and litigation needs. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the legal field, be organized, an independent worker, and a team-player willing to help wherever needed. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the legal world.What you'll do:Assisting with tasks in the office such as mailings, scanning, and electronic court filingsOrganizing, reviewing, and filing documents for court and record keepingAssisting attorneys preparing for trial and discovery, including creating trial binders, witness prep, and client coordinationSummarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneysConducting research, investigating facts and developing legal argumentsDrafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, etcOther duties as assignedWhat you bring:Attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to perform well under the pressure of deadlinesExcellent verbal communication skills, including listening skillsWord processingIntegrity, maintain client confidentialityExperience:2-3 years legal/paralegal experienceLitigation (preferred)LRN is an equal opportunity employer.
