Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; High Volume Office Practice; 186‐bed acute care community hospital (Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, affiliate of Cleveland Clinic)
Types of Cases: Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; Well Defined Referral Source from Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
Credentialing:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Part of growing employed multi‐specialty group practice with 60+ employed Providers, 21 of which are Primary Care
~ Group of 2 physicians
~ Work with an Experienced Urologist
~ Fully Trained Staff with an Advanced Practice Provider
~ Fully Integrated EMR with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC)
~ 35,000 Emergency Room Visits; 5 Community‐Based Family Health Centers
~ Must live within a 40‐mile radius or be willing to relocate
~ Open to H‐1B and J‐1 visa candidates
~ Sign on bonus ‐ negotiable
~ Relocation allowance (with purchase of real estate in Ashtabula Regional)
~3‐year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
