Our ALIGNE Head of Global Wholesale will work closely with our CEO to manage and grow our Women’s RTW wholesale business.  This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a customer-obsessed, creative, collaborative individual with an outstanding track record in Women’s contemporary omnichannel retail. You'll manage and mentor a high-performing team, champion cross-functional collaboration, and drive our wholesale business development including international market expansion. What You’ll Do:  Work with CEO to establish new business development and nurturing current accounts Manage day-to-day communication and operations for key wholesale accounts Analyse account performance, sell thru and inventory level to optimise reorders and support growing our key accounts Partner with London team on merchandising, planning, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Present seasonal collections to current and new prospective accounts  Negotiate terms for new businesses Build seasonal strategies that align to our corporate goals Drive marketing initiatives and co-op  Accurate sales forecasting and post market recaps Drive operational improvements with production to increase efficiency’s and on time delivery of product Sample management  Manage and mentor wholesale admin/assistant.  Travel to London, UK 4 times a year, managing a team in two locations. You’ll Need to Have: 5-7+ years design experience Strong relationships with key current accounts: Nordstroms, Shopbop, Anthropologie Track record of growing existing accounts and acquiring new business Experience working with international markets (UK, EU, Canada, Australia) Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Highly organised and detailed-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities    THE COMPANY:   At ALIGNE, we celebrate and champion confident women who are shaping their own paths and inspiring others along the way.
