VP of Sales - University Partnerships at Everspring We are seeking an energetic, highperforming customeroriented executive to lead sales efforts in higher education. The role is an individual contributor that will execute sales strategies, secure new clients, and drive revenue through multiyear contracts. Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr $165,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Commission based on performance. Location Chicago, Illinois or the MidAtlantic or Southeast region of the United States. Responsibilities Prospect, cultivate, and establish relationships with decision makers at colleges and universities. Manage the entire sales cycle, from early engagement to closing multiyear contracts. Deliver highstakes presentations to executivelevel stakeholders. Travel nationally up to 50% of the time. Requirements Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. 5+ years of sales experience with recent work in higher education. Product and service/consulting sales experience. Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a startup environment. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time. Additional compensation includes a sales incentive plan tied to individual performance.
