Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends) Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience, 40 hours guaranteed and yearly compensation will be approximately in the range of $93,000 – $100,000 with additional earnings if working overtime.  Benefits: Full Health benefits package available, PTO, sick days, and bonus structure based on performance.  Position Summary A private family in Soho is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented  Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and smooth daily operation of their residence. This hands-on role requires exceptional housekeeping standards, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to anticipate household needs. The Executive Housekeeper will work closely with the Residential Operations Manager and assist with events, errands, guest support, and occasional childcare. Responsibilities Maintain all interior spaces through daily and deep cleaning, ensuring the home meets museum-quality standards. Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, fabrics, and appliances using appropriate cleaning methods. Manage all laundry needs, including washing, ironing, steaming, stain treatment, and wardrobe organization. Keep closets, storage areas, and household systems organized and functioning efficiently. Restock household supplies and communicate inventory needs to the Residential Operations Manager. Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel preparation for family members. Support event preparation, table setting, light service, and post-event cleanup. Help ensure the home is guest-ready at all times, including tidying and staging living spaces. Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries. Provide occasional childcare support, including school pickups/drop-offs and organizing children’s belongings.
