Executive HousekeeperA seasoned executive housekeeper is sought for a formal, high-end townhouse in the West Village, to start ASAP. The schedule will typically be 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and will not exceed 40 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesThe housekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the 10,000 square foot property over 4 floors, as well as laundry, and organizational needs for the family.Candidates must be experienced, professional team players, as they will be working alongside another executive housekeeper, a more junior housekeeper, and the full staff.This position will be the best fit for a person who thrives on high expectations and expects a normal and respectful working environment.Only those candidates who are looking to contribute to a positive team environment should apply.QualificationsCandidates must have previous experience working in formal, HNW households.At least 5-8 years' experience working in a similar role.Sterling and verifiable references.RequirementsUS passport, Green Card, or EAC.Must be okay with pets - the family has one dog.Available to start ASAP.Salary and Benefits$110-$130k (commensurate with experience), plus medical, dental, vision and a 401k plan.Candidates receive all major holidays off with additional vacation days to be used at discretion.
