We are seeking an experienced residential and commercial HVAC Installation Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team and oversee our installation operations. This is an exciting opportunity to display your expertise in HVAC systems while leading a dedicated team to deliver top-quality installations.

As an HVAC Installation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our installation projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of installation technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflow, conducting inspections, and providing guidance and support to your team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee the work of install technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to schedule installations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Drive company vehicles to various job sites while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Must have tools.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical manuals.
