Outside Sales Account Executive

Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and proven outside sales experience. Duties Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Manage territory effectively to maximize sales potential and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using software tools. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong skills in lead generation and territory management. Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals. Experience with product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. Familiarity with software tools used for tracking sales activities and customer management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
