Location: Springdale, AR Client: A well-established, family-owned General Contractor Salary: Up to $120k base On Offer: Opportunity to join a respected and growing construction firm with a culture built on trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships Strong internal support and professional development Exposure to diverse project types across multiple market sectors Stable environment with a focus on quality, innovation, and team growth Responsibilities: Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the division Manage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teams Develop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviews Review and interpret drawings, lead preconstruction RFIs, and coordinate value analysis initiatives Prepare and manage trade partner bid packages and evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitiveness Support project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project delivery Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners Document estimating processes and maintain accurate project data Participate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project management Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and standard scopes of work Experience with CMAR and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Experience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected
