Title: Senior EstimatorLocation: Springdale, ARClient: A well-established, family-owned General ContractorSalary: Up to $120k baseOn Offer:Opportunity to join a respected and growing construction firm with a culture built on trust, collaboration, and long-term relationshipsStrong internal support and professional developmentExposure to diverse project types across multiple market sectorsStable environment with a focus on quality, innovation, and team growthResponsibilities:Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the divisionManage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teamsDevelop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviewsReview and interpret drawings, lead preconstruction RFIs, and coordinate value analysis initiativesPrepare and manage trade partner bid packages and evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitivenessSupport project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain strong communication with internal teams and external partnersDocument estimating processes and maintain accurate project dataParticipate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presenceRequirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project managementStrong understanding of construction means, methods, and standard scopes of workExperience with CMAR and Design-Bid-Build delivery methodsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licensePreferred:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected
