Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the division
Manage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teams
Develop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviews
Support project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project delivery
Document estimating processes and maintain accurate project data
Participate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project management
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected
