The Role As Chief Business Officer, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company's business strategy. You will drive partnerships, fundraising, and commercial initiatives that position Protein Design Company as a leader in AI‑powered drug discovery. Experience with protein design is an absolute requirement. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and implement business strategies aligned with scientific and operational goals. Partnership Development : Build and manage strategic collaborations with biopharma, technology partners, and investors. Fundraising & Investor Relations : Lead capital‑raising efforts and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors. Commercialization : Identify and develop revenue‑generating opportunities, including licensing and co‑development deals. Market Positioning : Shape the company's narrative and presence in the biotech and AI ecosystems. Ideal Candidate Proven track record in business development, corporate strategy, or executive leadership within biotech or pharma. Strong network across biopharma, venture capital, and strategic partners. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
