We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional Health System.
The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering safe and effective clinical care alongside a team.
The Surgical Unit has 32 beds, caring for patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions. Our nurses collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible treatment for our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with other health professionals
Assessment, analyzing assessment data, establishing goals, and planning care strategy
Implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing direct and indirect nursing care, and evaluating responses to interventions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred, but not required
A current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of

$27.74-$45.46/hr , depending on previous work experience, as well as evening differential ($2.50/hr), night differential ($3.00/hr), and weekend differential ($3.00/hr).
