Duties
As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) at the GS-0201-14 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administers the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) delegated examining authority to recruit and examine USMS applicants, establish registers, and issue certificates for USMS positions.Reviews draft OPM or DOJ regulations, guides, etc., and prepares comments and recommendations for submission to the Department of Justice (DOJ).Prepares recurring staffing reports to assess the hiring progress in all phases and time to hire metrics.Works closely with the other HRD stakeholders (Classification, OCBP, LER, etc.) in order to coordinate actions, provide assistance and advice, to interpret directives and regulations, etc.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce

QualificationsGS-14 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0201-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:Specialized Experience: One year of full-time specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing duties such as 1.) Leading or managing the full range of staffing, and recruitment services for an organization; 2.) Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws, policies and procedures; 3.) Providing technical advice and guidance in staffing and placement, and pay administration; and 4.)
