Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the operation of the Human Resources function. This role provides critical administrative support as well as opportunities to assist in recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in addition to day to day administrative support. This can include hotel communications, HRIS management, personnel file management, Workers Compensation support, hiring and onboarding, I9 compliance, audit compliance, assistance with the safety and wellbeing programs, and various other day to day duties in a fast moving environment. This role will focus on the core functions of Human Resources to support the operations of the hotel and all colleagues.

Starting hourly rate: $26.00
