Our client, a leading North American manufacturer of premium outdoor recreation products, including RVs and boats, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager to sit onsite, out of their Forest City, IA plant.

Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineering Manager

Location: Forest City, IA

Pay Range: $130k-$145k Base + 10-20% Bonus

What's the Job?

  • Manage a team of 6
  • Limited Travel- about 25% in the US
  • Launch continuous improvement projects to improve performance
  • Drive quality accountability with top critical suppliers
  • Conduct audits, evaluate performance, develop action plans, and provide recommendations for the purpose of improving supplier quality performance


What's Needed?

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Ability to travel about 25% in the US
  • Ability to be onsite in IA
