Life Science Test Program Manager

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Life Science Test Program Manager - Salesforce who will be responsible to lead End to End Program reviews of Test Strategy/ Test Plans to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical/Business requirement guidance and mentorship to Lead/ testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Utilize test management tracking progress and reporting issues – Circulate with Program leads

· Analyze test results generate detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Drive the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to improve overall testing effectiveness.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all testing activities.

· Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability and potential risks.

· Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 14+ years of experience in managing End to End program in QEA with detailed experience in the Life Science industry along with Validation experience.

· Hands on testing experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

· Partner with Client Leadership for release planning & strategy

· Experience in defining Automation first testing approach for every Sprint / Functionality

· Strong experience in test strategy for In-sprint, Functional, regression, Automation & Performance Testing

· Hands on in creating testing presentations (Strategy, Gantt Chat Views, Leadership roll-up views, dashboard and summary reports)

· Handled daily status updates and review with the teams across development teams

· Experience on JIRA, X-ray and ALM

· Hands on experience in Cross Platform testing strategy for all integrated systems and UAT Orchestration strategy

· Worked closely with UAT and all stakeholders across geographies

· Knowledge on Life Science domain - Clinical & Commercial domain

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Detailed LS experience

· Salesforce Certifications
