We provide specialized IT services in the following four areas:

  • Recruitment: Providing optimally matched talent, whether it be for contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent job positions
  • Consulting: Advising on the best use of technology, data and processes to meet companies’ business objectives
  • Projects: Management of short and long-term technology projects; accepting full ownership of deliverables. Includes software lifecycle management, implementations and upgrades with a specific focus on Application Development, SharePoint and Business Intelligence.
  • Managed Services: Ongoing management of an existing technology function or process with complete responsibility of all elements associated with it. Includes full or partial IT outsourcing including 24x7 helpdesk, on-site desktop support, operations and infrastructure best practices, and experienced leaders.

Randstad Digital is looking for a progressive leader with extensive consulting, and system integration experience to take a leadership role within our fastest growing solution services in the Americas.

This position will oversee all projects and clients within the Cloud and Infrastructure Service Line and will be accountable for delivery terms of those engagements, project/account profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality of customer service

Develop process, strategy, and skills to improve sales productivity; lead by example particularly in the area of production; manage sale and delivery of services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; multi-site management; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients and partners.


Expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus and execute job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Account Ownership/Management: interacting with multiple clients and acting as primary liaison representing Digital. Includes:
    • Routinely visit with clients to maintain relationships and ensure appropriate service levels
    • Represents the Cloud and infrastructure Service Line as prime internal or customer contact. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for top management and customer representatives. Interacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers concerning matters of significance to the company
    • Work is performed without appreciable direction. Determines organizational objectives, interprets company policy and delegates assignments to subordinate directors and managers. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results
  • Service Line (SL) Development: activities that contribute to overall SL success. Includes:
    • Providing thought leadership on Cloud and Infrastructure technology trends and developments that pertain to Randstad Digital
    • Identify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capital
    • Assist in developing Go-To-Market strategies for the SL capabilities and services
    • GP/Revenue Responsibility combined for all projects/clients
    • Providing inputs to the hiring process of new Solution candidates
    • Performing mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the team
    • Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication up and down the organization
    • Generally accomplishes results through middle level managers. Determines and establishes organizational structure.
    • Actively participate and support professional organizations while representing and promoting Randstad Digital

What you need to bring:

The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties associated with this job.

  • 10 to 15 years of senior management roles Cloud and Infrastructure Services and/or technology consulting experience
  • 10+ years of business development for Cloud and Infrastructure solutions offerings
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in information technology, business or engineering disciplines
  • Master degree preferred
  • Proficient with Google Suite tools
  • Experience presenting to the client’s senior level management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Preferred
    • 10+ years of relevant management consulting experience ideally with a large consulting firm or global system integrator
    • Proven history of business development success
    • 1 to 2 years of project management or delivery of application management, or IT outsourcing
    • Experience in delivering Managed Services
    • Working knowledge of the ITSM and IT Operations
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Approximately 20-40% of the time to potential and current client sites
