The Director also builds, maintains and supervises KPI's and identifies controls to measure team efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures and creates reports to senior management team to provide visibility. The candidate must have the ability to assess sophisticated issues and structure potential solutions to drive resolution with senior stakeholders.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.  Your Primary Responsibilities:Provide leadership for ServiceNow engineering, ensuring that DTCC develops, tests, and delivers solutions across the platform that meet product requirements. Collaborate with all the key partners that use ServiceNow for their ITSM and ITOM functions and workflows. Influence and drive the engineering team to adopt more automated processes that are triggered thru ServiceNow workflows Collaborate with the ServiceNow Product and ServiceNow Application Support functions to drive standard processes and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Develop and grow a team with strong process knowledge across the ITIL process areas (incident, event, change, release, problem, etc.) to support those teams as they provide the requirements for development on the platform Extensive involvement in audit and regulatory reviews as the leader of a platform that supports major governance functions **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of related experienceBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success:Proven experience in IT delivery and / or support. Consistent record of leading engineering, ServiceNow, or other related ITSM teams Experience leading an Agile team operating in a Scrum squad model Strong communication skills and ability to meet with clients, present to senior management and provide updates to regulators / supervisors Ability to work across teams to build partnerships that achieve organization goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture Familiarity with Enterprise Infrastructure design standards for modular, secure and resilient applications to drive root cause analysis across the breadth of the enterprise Strong Knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITOM applications Experience initiating Continuous Improvement Projects Strong critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills Ability to communicate technology concepts to IT as well as non-technical collaborators Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle management  The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
