As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various nuclear imaging procedures and tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in patients for imaging procedures, following strict safety protocols.
Operate and maintain specialized nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality images.
Position patients accurately and efficiently to capture appropriate images.
Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout.
Review patient histories and consult with medical staff to determine the most appropriate imaging procedures for each case.
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret and analyze imaging results.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging studies, and procedures performed.
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform quality control checks on equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Applicant Requirements:
BLS Certification
ARRT or NMTCB Certification
2 years Nuclear Medicine Technolgist experience
